Soul Systems Studio is a brand operated by From the Hart Management, LLC, doing business as Soul Systems Studio, LLC ("Soul Systems Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Delray Beach, Florida.

By accessing the Site or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. Who We Are

Soul Systems Studio creates and sells pre-built Notion systems, digital toolkits, templates, and related digital resources for founders, entrepreneurs, students, and business owners. All Products are delivered as instant digital downloads or access links.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Products or enter into these Terms. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Digital Delivery

Our Products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your Product through a download link, a file, or an access link to a third-party platform such as Notion, Canva, or Google.

You are responsible for maintaining accounts with any third-party platforms required to access or use a Product. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of those third-party platforms.

4. License to Use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for your own personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

You may:

• Use, customize, and adapt the Product for your own business or personal purposes.
• Duplicate Notion templates into your own workspace for your own use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, license, sublicense, or give away the Product or any part of it, whether modified or unmodified.
• Claim the Product or its structure as your own original work for resale.
• Share access links, files, or downloads with others who have not purchased the Product.
• Use the Product to create a competing product for sale or distribution.

All Products, including their structure, design, text, and organization, remain the intellectual property of Soul Systems Studio and From the Hart Management, LLC.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, which may include Stripe, Link, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal, integrated through our business platform. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

6. Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly and can be downloaded, duplicated, or accessed immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your Product, such as a broken link or a corrupted file, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it, including providing a replacement file or access link.

Refunds are not provided for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of use, unfamiliarity with the platform the Product runs on, or failure to read the Product description before purchase.

7. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our Products accurately. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, pricing, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. If a Product you purchased is not as described, your remedy is to contact us at [email protected].

8. No Professional Advice

You are responsible for how you use the Products and for the results of your own business decisions. Any examples of results are not guarantees of your outcomes.

The Site and all of its content, including but not limited to the Soul Systems Studio name, logo, branding, text, graphics, designs, and Products, are owned by or licensed to From the Hart Management, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The Site and our Products may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services, some of which may be affiliate links through which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Systems Studio and From the Hart Management, LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Systems Studio and From the Hart Management, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
